Poor Running/ More Sensor results 200 1984

Hi, I was able to take some more resistance sensor tests. The good news is that it seems that the Engine Coolant sensor is working fine. Here are the following:

Fuel Injectors: 4.5 ohms shown between ECU term #13 and #87 (fuel pump relay). Normal should be 4.0 ohms.

Idle Control Valve: 19.7 ohms shown between term #23 and term #87
20.3 ohms between term # 10 and #87 (Should show 20 ohms at
both test terminals)

Throttle Position Sensor: .8 ohms at idle between term 3 and ground. (There should be zero resistance at idle. When accelerator is depressed, infinate resistance occurs.
Infinate resistance shown at idle between term 12 and
ground but showing infinate all the way until fully
floored. When fully floored (down to kickdown switch, 85 ohms is shown. The book says that I should have zero
resistance at WOT but I don't get that.

O2 sensor: I let the car warm up and tested the voltage. My first reading was a constant .11 volts. After a minute, the reading dropped to a constant .01 volts
I am pretty sure that the sensor is dead since they die after a few hours of installing. The sensor keeps getting covered in white every time I change it

Fuel Injectors (ind. testing): Cyl 1-3 measured 16.9 ohms. Cyl 4 measured 16.7 ohms. Should read 16 across the board.

So Do I need to consider replacing my TPS? Could that be causing my poor running conditions and a rich condition? Should I adjust the mixture at my AMM? Thanks, Bill
