B18 from 544 in a 120? 120-130

I have a good B18 and manual transmission from a 1962 and 1964 544, would either of these engines fit into a 120 of similar era without modifications? The 544 I am intending to rebuild has significant rust which will require some time to repair, but possible to obtain a relatively good 120 body with bad engine so considering use of one of the engines for a short time driver.
