Weber and coolant 120-130

The coolant flows through the manifold to keep the carb from icing, not as a part of the cold start/choke arrangement. Those DGV carbs that have automatic chokes are known as the "DGEV" rather than DGV, and the choke mechanism is entirely electrically controlled.

If the carb ices up during sustained open throttle sessions, the throttle can fail to close. Which makes it more difficult to slow the engine down.
