I'll bet my millage drops when I get new tires or wheels, in my case it's probably due to my lead foot and new rubber combo. I always get out and thrash the new wheels and tires for while, just to test them out the first week or so. then I get back to driving like normal.

Check the tire pressure,that can lead to poor millage.
