740 Dead, Good spark and fuel working...ECU? 700 1988

Well I have been going through the FAQ's...

I have a nice strong spark, and plenty of fuel returning on the fuel return line.

I think I have jumped the radio suppresion relay as well, so everything should be a GO--except that the car just turns over without catching.

I have replaced the power stage amplifier(ignition module) several times as this has always been the cause of no starts before. Now I am wondering if something has been making this fail?

I did just put a new power stage amplifier on, and I assume it to be good--I wouldn't have a nice spark if it wasn't, right?

So according to the FAQ's it might be the ECU?

Unfortunetly my '89 parts 240 has a different ECU.
