940 Turbo E-Fan in My '88 240 200 1988

Bought a boneyard E-fan from a 940T. Three wires on the fan motor - red, black & green.

Hooked it up and did not hook up the green wire. I think it goes to the AC compressor. My AC hasn't worked in over a decade. The temp sensor is in the radiator and the fan runs off of a radio supression relay.

The fan comes on and only stays on for 15 seconds then shuts off for 10 seconds and turns back on. I go through multiple cycles of this (10-15 times)

Help.....What do I need to do to have it run properly?
