Basic wheel dimension questions 1800

It was in really, really good shape when I got it. No rust even in the usual spots, although the LF fender had been replaced long, long ago because of a fender bender. Even the leather was nice and soft. They said they only ever drove it in the summer, and it sure looked like it.

IMO, it was the salt and the humidity here in MO that did it in. Really, within about 5 years the sills had erupted along their whole length. The patched seam on the replaced fender erupted with rust along the length.
