Yepper, I had exactly the same problem and was able to buy the whole sunroof assembly at a j/y for $50. It, too, had a faulty seal. Easiest and most efficient thing to do is just buy a new seal. You will still have to remove the sunroof and remove the sunroof and re-install it. it was actually one of the easiest things I've ever done to a Volvo. Actually found the 3rd grade instructions on this site.
