940T E-Fan Wiring Question 900

I recently bought an e-fan off of a 940T at the boneyard, to replace the GM e-fan in my '88 240DL. Power from the fusebox powers a radio suppression relay. My temp sensor is in the radiator. The wiring diagram on Dave Barton's site was used to wire everything up.

The only difference is that the fan had three wires. Red(+), Black(-) and Green. I believe the green is to connect to my AC, but I haven't had AC in over a decade.

The fan will start and then stop within 15 seconds. This cycle will continue, with ~ 10 seconds between stop and start again.

Anyone with the fix or ideas as to why this is happening? I appreciate your consideration.
