740gle hit on side of wheel, can fix?

I know nothing about suspension stuff but figured I might get an answer to my question here.

I have an 86 740 that took a hard smack (while parked) by an SUV going about 15-20mph. Stupidly, I just kept driving it at the time. Soon the tires began to wear unevenly and a clicking noise in the left front wheel bearing materialized. Can I safely assume I didn't bend the frame--and if so, what will I have to replace, besides the wheel bearing? Will just replacing a bunch of front end parts fix the problem? I think fixing it might not be worth it but who knows.
