Rear suspension - sagging 120-130 1967

It is a wonderful car, but things are getting old. The rear of the wagon looks like it is at least 1 inch lower than the front. And uneven pavement results in loud rattles and bangs from the rear.

There is a bushing kit at IPD for $250. Is this really worth it? I will also need to get shocks and possibly springs(OEM). Can I install these bushings on my garage floor, or will I need a torch to get the old ones off and a press to get the new ones on?

I am waiting for a warmer floor before I put the car on jack stands and do a closer inspection.
