140 Brakes 140-160

Today I was flushing out my brakes on my 74' 145....Everything was going well until the bleed valve on my front right caliper broke off while I was trying to loosen. All the other valves opened easily.... I really should've used PB Blaster on this one first...... It doesn't leak, and there's no air in the system, and valve is definitely still tight. Would you guys drive it like this? Normally I would just bite the bullet and go buy a nice rebuilt caliper and be done.... but money is tight. Any suggestions?
