Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 200

I have a 88 volvo 240 non-turbo wagon. It has an ecu marked #554 with a yellow label.. The car was given to me and ran perfectly.. I ran out of gas filled it up and she started hesitantly.. Once running she ran beautifully for about two miles.. I parked her and now she won't start.. I have changed the fuel pump relay the 20 amp fuse on the fender and the #4 and 6 fuses and she start up briefly until I shut her off, now she won't start again.. The fifteen minutes that she ran, she ran beautifully. Now nothing. I traced the wires from the fuel pumps to the fuses and they all look great. I did find a relay # 1324675 cartier in the drivers side that had a yellow red wire that went to it. What is this relay.. and what other things can I check.. I need to get this car running!!!!!! Thanks
