240 No Start Problem AGAIN - Help 200 1989

Thanks for your reply.
I am getting good fuel flow at the fuel rail port when cranking the engine.
However, I don't recall getting fuel flow when the key was in the on
position.
I will try your suggestion.
This seems to be a rain related event.
I went out and checked the Crank position sensor at the ECU
and at the harness connector under the hood and got a good reading.
Then went back and the car has now started.
The problem seems to recur when we have rain - this is a bad scenario.
