I'll only address the coolant. The stop leak stuff probably clogged your heater core. Heater cores can leak just a fine vapor, normally noticed as a film on the inside of the window. If you don't need your heat, I would bypass the heater core, flush your system and drive it like that for a little while. If the smell goes away, heater core. AND IT SUCKS TO REPLACE. Plan on a weekend.
