Torque of manifold nuts ('71 164) 140-160 1971

1971 164 carbureted...

Can anyone tell me what to torque the manifold nuts to? I put a new gasket on and I'm reattaching the intake/exhaust manifold. I want to make sure they're all even and I don't have my Chilton book handy. Can anyone give a recommendation of what to torque those nuts to? Or some helpful hints about tightening pattern if that sort of thing matters?
