One more tip, use a plastic pry to get the thing off, you don't want a dinged up paint job to go along with your new rubber.

I used the set from Dave Barton's website and it took less than a hour to do all four doors. Once you get the first one done the other three go a lot faster. Be careful what type of lubricant you use on the rubber, you just need a little anyway once you get the dimple opened up. I used the large screwdriver and pry method. Did take a large punch and re-made the dimple, after the new rubber was installed so it would not slip.
