I have both German and Hungarian but they were new.Some people think German anything is always better than Another mfg or country.Maybe you got a bad relay.I know it is not a very good answer.But there were be replies that German is the only way to go.I really think it dosent matter.See if the ebay seller would send you another if you send it back.
