Thanks for the info Dereck.. I have not driven an old Volco since 1973 so I have forgotten a bit.. Everything appears to be alright in regards to the bottle,,rad cap etc., but it might loose a bit of pressure through the leaky heater valve control,, which I will fix this morning by just putting a valve in to isolate the heater control until I get it fixed properly. I will also put a 160 F thermostat in this morning .. Thanks!
