1983 240 HOT STALLS ...HALL SENDER ? 200 1983

It is starting to warm up outside and I want to avoid
the HOT STALLS I had last summer here in New Mexico.

On my 91 240 I recently replaced the crank position sensor,
I hope that solves the HOT STALLS on that car.

On my 83 240 there is no crank position sensor, I have read
that the problem might be the HALL SENDER. I cannot locate
another one anywhere online, so I guess it will have to be
a used one at the Pull & Pay.

Any and All information will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Joseph in NM
