removing stainless window trim pieces on 4dr and wagon 120-130

I want to remove the stainless exterior trim pieces on outside of the rollup windows to replace the short curved rubber channel strips at each end. My 2 door doesn't have these stainless pieces, so I need some direction on how to get these off. A PDF or link to same, of the body section of the manual to refer to would be even better.

Also, anybody have a spare rubber window gasket for the driver's side rearmost fixed window lying around - the trapezoidal one. I've got rust at the bottom of the gasket and some water is leaking into the body. If you bought one and never used it, or the car is gone and you've got this lying around, I'd be interested.

3rd question. I replaced the drive shaft center support rubber (one piece later type), a couple of years ago and it's appearing to be somewhat worn, and worse I'm feeling a rhythmic rumble when starting off, indicative of slop in the driveline at this location. U-joints are good. Is there a marked difference between the Volvo part and aftermarket rubber? I think I got this one from Olof. I know Eric will swear by OEM volvo parts, but there are so many others selling rubber for these cars now, that I'm wondering who's got the good stuff, or what to avoid. RPR wants $22 for aftermarket. And I'm doing this work in the SF eastbay and am only here for another week.

thanks
