lost 245 seat hatch key 200

My darling daughter managed to lose the keys to my 1983 245ti.

I had a spare for the ignition/doors, but not for the seat compartment hatch.

Volvo dealership insists there should be a number visible on the ring around the lock cylinder, but I couldn't find one, even with a magnifying glass.

Does anyone have any suggestions for solving this problem?

Also, can anyone tell me how to recover/reset my password? I lost track of it a year or so ago, but can't find instructions on the site to do anything but start a new account.
