I find that recently some companies will not stock many
items. What they do is have the manufacturer ship directly
to fill the order. This does save them storage space cost,
but they don't really know what they are selling and/or
sending out to customers.

I recently ordered a set of ball joints (MOOG) and I received
one Moog and one TRW (same company, but different quailty).
The seller could not answer some questions I had and they
could not find me another Moog to match the one they sent me.
So I sent them back and re-ordered from a different company,
a set of Febi/Bilstein ball joints... much better quality.
