Car seems to want to stall at times 900 1994

Hi all, I've got a 1994 Volvo 960. I have owned the car for about a year now and I've been noticing that lately at idle with the lights on the car will sometimes seem like it skips a bit and almost stalls. I am not getting any check engine light or the sort, just really confused as to why this is happening. I have changed the spark plugs, flame trap, air filter, and just did an oil change with Mobil 1 10W30. Thanks for input.
