No, it stalled regardless of weather... then started right back up. The Hall wire was very badly previously repaired, and I repaired it by splicin another and it seems fine so far as far as the stalling BUT now I am experiencing VERY HARD start HOT and COLD, harder HOT. I am onto chasing that...
