Rough idle, runs rough and misfires on 960 900 1996

I am getting Check Engine light and DTC codes of 0300, random generic misfire, 0302, Cylinder 2 misfire, and 0303, Cylinder 3 misfire. All cylinder coils are relatively new (no more than 15k miles), and I have installed new Volvo sparkplugs from the dealer. I have had this problem with cylinder 2 for some time and am just now getting around to addressing it, as it has gotten worse now with cylinder 3 doing it too. I notice some missing up to 30 or 40 miles per hour at times too. Don't know if it is related, but I have also observed brakes not working right at below 5 MPH, at times. Have to press much harder to get braking at very low speeds, mainly when coming to a complete stop, like when stopping and backing into my driveway. Braking problems seem to be at very low engine RPM's when it would probably have the lowest vacuum. It is especially noticeable when backing up. My first suspicions are vacuum problem(s) and/or fuel injectors or fuel system problems. I would appreciate any ideas in diagnosing these problems.
