Is it an easy "plug-and-play" swap to replace the BLACK hatch door HANDLE on an '86-93 240 wagon with the older-style all-metal chromed hatch door handles that were used on the 145 and earlier 245's???

...if yes, anybody got one in really nice shape to sell?>
