Fuel injection systems 200

I thought I posted this before but must have done something wrong? Which is best as in easier to maintain and more or less trouble free
K-Jet or LH jetronic and which variation of the LH?
I've heard some bad things about air mass meters on some mid 80's Volvos and I guess the air mass meter was an LH thing
As you can see, I'm not very knowledgeable on these things.
