I have a 1992 240 sedan that is having instrument panel issues. The speedometer, temp gauge and fuel gauge work fine but the clock and the odometer/trip meter work off and on. I replaced the clock with one from the junk yard and still the same problem...only a bit worse (more off than on). I also checked the odometer gear and it is in tact so that's not the problem. I was going to purchase a rebuilt cluster but I don't want to if it is a cheaper fix. Any ideas?
