Running Bad again 91245 Auto 200

91 245 automatic. Started 3 hours south and 15 miles stumbled once went another 4 miles and decided to turn around. This times the check engine light is on but no codes come up. My maintenance is good. New plug wires, fuel filter and cap about 7k ago. swapped the AMM last week. Just knew the loose hose and cleaning the IAC had me fixed for a long time. Any point in any direction?
