front suspension bushings 200

Every time I need something pressed I just take the part to my old indie mechanic and he charges me no more than $20. I've take the center bearing on the driveshaft, torque rod bushings and soon the Pan rod.

Anyone have a recommendation for non-poly. I've thought about doing this job but I'd like to have a more cushioned ride than poly. Unless I'm mistaken and it doesn't matter. Either way there could be a benefit.
