low power 1987 240 newb needs help

still no joy - took the amm off and cleaned connections and checked for leaks in the hoses and everything - set the TPS. same thing - starts easily, runs evenly, struggles to hit 60 in 4th - just soft.

I guess I'll check the cam timing next.
