low power 1987 240 newb needs help

Well, I've had to give up. I've changed the TPS and the fuel pump relay, put a new fuel filter on it, cleaned the AMM connections, verified that the cam timing is right, checked for spark advance, cleaned the fuel pump fuse, checked for good air flow out of the tailpipe, and everything else I could think of.

I'm handing it off to a pro mechanic I know ; hopefully he'll find the issue, and I'll repost once the final answer is known.

Thanks again for the support.
