any ideas/thoughts on seats, wheels, choke cable??? 1800

My '68 1800 project is slowly moving foward - runs fantastic now!!!! i am still looking for some choke cables - it is outfitted with the original SU's. Anyone know where i can track some down - the ONLY thing i have is the sleeve/sheath that runs from the dash to where the cables would anchor - right above driver front wheel.
i also need to start on the interior - needs seats - foam and leather, as well as upper and lower dash pads. Found the dash pads on places like IPD - anyone ever used these???? Seats seem to be a bit harder to come by - i am in Los Angeles so if anyone knows of a good auto upholster.... there has to be some good ones close by I imagine...
lastly, i am planning on lowering the car slightly and getting some new wheels and spacing them outboard a bit - give the car a bit more serious stance. If anyone has done this to their 1800 it would be great to hear your thoughts/advice... My car has the stock steel wheels wih the typical volvo hubcap - nice but i am looking to get some slightly larger (16)/wider steel wheels - don't know if anyone knows of a good set....
