front seat comparison 240 vs 940 200

I've been looking for a late model 240 wagon but would be happy with a 940 wagon as well. But I have a pretty grumpy back. I know the 240 seats work well. Could someone compare them with 940 seats for me? I think the 940 seating position is a little lower and maybe the 940 seats aren't quite as 'substantial' as the 240 seats. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
