'90 740 turbo wagon - worth putting in used engine and steering rack? 700 1990

The body is in good condition generally, with a little rust on lower passenger door. Putting in a used engine with 105k is $350 for the engine plus $825 to install, total about $1200. The rack is $270 plus labor (not sure what labor is to install rack). The car has 185k miles. Interior good, tires excellent, nice turbo wheels. It needs back brakes, but I can do that for parts around $175 (rebuilt calipers, new rotors). Opinions? Thanks.
