heater fan ground location 900 1991

I have gone through all the faqs and sounds like I may have a ground problem. To begin with the fan motor was really weak on 1 2 3 settings and did not put out much until 4 or 5. Then the other vary rainy stormy day, both the fan motor and rear wiper stopped working at the same time. According to FAQS it sounds like a ground. Does anyone know the locaiton of the ground that would operate the fan motor and/or the rear wiper?

As a side note, the amplifier also quite a few weeks ago. Maybe this is ground related as well.

Thanks!
