Headlight Bulb recommendations S90-V90 1997

Well, after several years of burning brightly, I have one of my headlight bulbs that require replacing. I will replace both, of course, but haven't been in the neighborhood for a long while so I'm wondering what recommendations are out there. I am clearly a form follows function sort of a guy, so no blue bulbs without evidence that they give you more/better light. At my age I don't need to look cool. Hella does have a series of bulbs that are blue, and I certainly trust that name, but would like the real poop on these.

Oddly, the owner's manual has conflicting information. The back cover actually has the bulbs listed with drawings of the front and rear of the car. And although the headlight configuration has the fog lights(?) interior to the headlight from the car midline, the headlight bulb is listed as the HB3 (70W)/9005. The sight to the interior is a 60W HB4/9006. In the book itself (p126) it lists the HB1/9004 (65/45W). It's clearly a single headlight/dual wattage bulb.

Any recommendations or clarification would be appreciated.
John
