'86 240 wiring harness

Last summer I replaced the harness on my 83 240.
I ran the new harness above and over the block, I didn't
like the idea of the harness sitting against
the HOT block and drying out and cracking. And when
the harness sits under the front of the block it seems to
create a loop that when water gets in the loop it
does not seem to be able to drain out.

just my 2 cents.
