replacing drive belts 200

First time replacing drive belts on 1993 240. Sounded easy. I got a bentley manual but there's not much in there. I've got plenty of stubborn bolts to loosen. The top adjustment nut on the power steering unit faces to the rear and is obstructed by the distibutor among other things. I got only 2-3" to work a box wrench and it won't budge. Also- is it a heck of a lot easier to loosen the alternator and air conditioning pivot bolts from underneath the car? Any tips appreciated.
