Website to look up part numbers from Dealer maintenance records? 200 1993

I bought a 1993 245 recently and am going through the previous owner's maint. records to see what what done when.

They always went to a dealer, and for example, I'm finding things like:

Installed 31262352-3: Filter Insert

I'm not sure what type of filter this is, and can't find the part # on IPD.

Any good websites that would identify by part #?
