OEM vs After Markets AC parts on 95 960 900

I am planning the rebuild of my complete ac and am trying to learn the better way with OEM Volvo and after market parts. I am also looking for better strategies to ensure it all goes smoothly and works for years.

I will be replacing the:

Compressor with New Sanden SD7H15/4715
Receiver dryer with Volvo OEM
Condenser - not sure if Nissens is as goof as Volvo here - ideas welome
- anoyone know if the Volvo or Nissens include new pressostat sensors
with the condenser??
Evaporator- Volvo vs Nissens, not sure which is better made
Orifice valve- Had a variable orifice last rebuild, did not notice a big
difference. Ideas here?

I plan to put it all in myself with new orings, and then have a good shop evacuate and recharge, and test. Ideas appreciated.
