Hi Kai
I'm familiar with the washer and screw of which you speak. I doubt that you'll be able to get one thru the usual Volvo sources. The washer is a star washer. I suspect you'll have to go to a fastener store and find a large enough star washer--either 1/4" or 5/16" if I remember correctly. Put it in place behind the screw and tighten the screw to shape the washer to have the screw sit low enough so the door closes and latches.
