Driveshaft Bolts Won't Come Undone... 900 1993

OK, driveshaft needs to come out, center bearing squeals, one (center, I think) U-joint is clunking/vibrating especially on deceleration. I did this job on my old 245 and recall that it was a pain, but that was years back. Naturally, I can't get the 4 bolts at each end of the shaft (tranny or diff) off, can only fit a 17mm open end on the nuts and a 15 mm open end of bolt. Am I missing something here, maybe time to pull out the torch and heat up what look like nylock nuts. Could use some input, and as always, thanks for any help.

Mike
