No spark with wet plugs would be a bad power stage.

25 amp fuse may be good but is the fuse holder corrosion free and the connection at the battery tight and clean?

Jumper the left side of fuses 4 and 6 you should hear the fuel pump run, if it start the fuel system relay is bad.

The 240 does not have a radio suppression relay.
