Dash warning lights 900 1994

Recently I noticed once in awhile when starting my brick that all the dash warning lights come on the blink off, all together at the same time, and back on again while the starter is cranking.

Is this a symptom of something I should be looking into if I want it to keep going for many years to come?

Others have suggested the balancer pulley; that's fairly new.
Alternator; also fairly new.
Ignition switch; I haven't touched it in the 8 years I've owned this brick.
Negative wire; I'll have to check it, I haven't done that yet.

Tonight it did it again when I started the car to put it in the garage for the night. I shut the engine off, turned the key all the way off, then started it again and only a handful of the lights came on - check engine, oil and abs I think. They promptly went off when the engine started.
