Horn not working; SRS light internittent 200 1992

Hmm, the horn's suddenly stopped working a couple of days ago and the SRS light comes on sometimes on starting the car. When I restart the car, the light extinguishes.

Anyone have a suggestion where I should start fixing these problems?

Car drives strong otherwise.
