I had a '64 wagon,'68 2dr, '66 4dr. Each had the short serial number. Your problem, is functionaries too young to know how it was once done. They expect 15 or more digit codes, and there ain't any on cars so old. My '64 serial number was 9377. Find an old cop who knows his colors (if there are any left.)
