How Hard is it to Change Oil Cooler O Rings 95 960? 900

Well, I had planned to have a mechanic friend lend a hand to change the oil cooler o rings on my 95 960, but he is too busy right now. So I have to either do it myself, or find a skilled indy. I would naturally prefer to do it myself.

How hard is it to replace the oil cooler o rings in this car? I have new Volvo o-rings. I also have ramps, but no hoist. How much oil would come spilling out? Are the torque specifications on the bolts precise, or can I use judgement?

Ideas appreciated here on tips, what is involved, and how to be sure it has been done correctly.
