940T bad idle / misfire 900 1995

My 940T has about 343,000 but still going strong. The other day I adjusted the throttle cable to take out the slack. My girl goes to the store a mile down the street and comes back with the motor misfiring. Pulled the plugs and #2 & #4 looked fouled. Installed new plugs and the car is still sounds like it's running on 3 cylinders at idle. It idles rough until any amount of gas is applied, then it fires on all 4 cylinders. All cylinders will fire for maybe 3 seconds then misfire a couple of times and go back to smooth.

At this time I've replaced the distrubitor cap & rotor, fuel pump, relays, coil, wires, plugs & power stage. Running out of options here and could use some ideas on what is going on.

Thank you in advance for any help.
